Persis is a Speech-Language Pathologist with clinical experience spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric caseloads. She spent her clinical training and early career at All India Institute of Speech and Hearing (AIISH), one of the India’s largest premier institute for speech-language therapy, where she managed high-volume, complex caseloads across outpatient and multidisciplinary settings. Trained in evidence based therapy and using neurodiversity-affirming practices, she places functional, child-centred outcomes at the centre of her clinical approach. She has worked with children and adults presenting a wide range of communication and swallowing difficulties — from autism, language delays and speech sound disorders, to aphasia, dysarthria, and dysphagia following stroke or neurological illness.
